Take a Business Building Journey with Me

I’m going to be blunt here. I’ve been working on the Internet since the 90s. I started my own domain name in 2001 and started working on it from there. Because I’m a little bit shy I worked at this site a little bit here and there yet still was able to take on a few big contract jobs because of it.

I’ve owned several Internet businesses that have been successful, but because most traded time for money instead of a nice, fat residual income I missed out and either sold the ones I couldn’t keep up with or I shut them down. I now work part time on a solid Internet contract that keeps me afloat with a nice income base that works. Unfortunately, this is business is also trading time for dollars.

Because I am finding my current business model in the other business I work, I am wanting to find something that doesn’t trade time for dollars directly. This is where my journey begins. I am going to start marketing products here and I want you to either try them out with me at the same time or give input as to whether or not these businesses worked for you. You will see a post on my blog about these products and if you sign up for my mailing list then you will be emailed when I try a new “journey”.

So if you would like to follow the blog, sign up for the RSS feeds and read my blog. You can also signup for the geekmom email list on the right side of this blog. The updates will be frequent, possibly more than one per day. There will be product reviews, business opportunity journeys, and advertising ideas.

I know many of you are veterans at this so if you have any ideas you would like to send to me, please send them to me using my contact form. I would prefer you do this instead of leaving a comment as I might not see the comment right away. I don’t join every single bizopp that comes across my desk, but I do look into them and report on them. If I don’t join then I might ask you for more information on your opp to see if it can work in the reviews section of my site instead.

If you’ve never worked in Internet marketing before then let’s take this journey together and see if it works out for us. We can build a team together and share ideas.

Otherwise, just sit back and enjoy the posts.
